  • Our physicians guide patients through a self-examination during the consultation, when necessary, to ensure accurate assessments and appropriate treatment. This method has been carefully evaluated and is designed to provide the highest level of care, even without in-person visits.

  • After your consultation, JMC will send your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice.
    You can then pick up your medication directly from the pharmacy at your convenience. Our register healthcare professionals will ensure you have all the details needed to fill your prescription smoothly.

  • JMC physicians are able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions through telemedicine. They can manage common respiratory issues like colds, coughs, flu, and sinus infections, as well as skin conditions such as acne, rashes, skin infections, and bites and stings. Digestive concerns like diarrhea, nausea, and dehydration are also treated, along with mental health conditions like insomnia, anxiety, and stress. Chronic conditions such as hypertension , diabetes, asthma, PCOS, headaches, body aches, and erectile dysfunction can be addressed, and JMC physicians are also skilled in treating urinary and reproductive health issues, including UTIs, bacterial vaginosis, and yeast infections. Eye infections, like pinkeye and itchy eyes, are treated remotely, as well as the management of medication refills and follow-up care. Minor injuries like abrasions, sprains, minor trauma and mild lacerations are also within the scope of telemedicine consultations at JMC, along with many other health concerns.

  • Yes, absolutely. Your child can be seen by a JMC physician. Simply register under the "Teen" or "Tiny Tots " (based on child’s age) check-up on the booking page. You can also visit the Kids Corner on the Jamaican Medical Concierge website for more information on services tailored to children.

  • Yes, JMC physicians can order lab tests if deemed necessary during your consultation.

    Your doctor will electronically provide a lab request form to one of our partner laboratories or a lab of your choice to complete the test.

  • After clicking "Book" and scheduling your appointment, you will be directed to a secure payment page where you can pay a fixed doctor fee using a major debit or credit card, or PayPal. This is done prior to your visit to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process.

  • JMC physicians do not manage emergencies or life-threatening conditions online.

    If a consultation is booked for what appears to be an emergency, the request will be respectfully declined, and the patient will be advised to call 119 or seek immediate care at the nearest hospital or emergency facility.
